  • 6“ Walls for Peripheral and 4“ Walls for Inner using Solid Blocks / Bricks in cement mortar withreinforcement at sill level and Lintel as per structuraldesign standards.
  • Ceiling height will be maintained at 9’6“ clear from finished floor Level other than sunken area.

Wall Finishes:

  • Internal Walls will be finished with smooth finished cementplaster, PuttyandEmulsion paint.

  • Staircase – MS Railing as per architect’s design.

Plumbing and Sanitary:

  • Sanitary Wares will be new range EWC in Master bed room (White or Color) with flush tanks and IWC (White or Color) in Common toilet as per architect’s design andconcepts.
  • One number of Single bowl new range wash basin (White or Color) will be providedin or near the Rest room or dining space as Indicated in thefloor plan.
  • All CP fittings and Taps (like 2 in 1 Wall mixer, Shower,Health Faucet etc.) will be provided as per architect’sdesign.

Electrical:

  • 3 Phase power supply and Concealed Insulated MultistrandCopper wires will be provided in all units withIndividual Distribution Box having ELCB, MCB’s andManual Phase change over Rotary switches.
  • All Switches and Sockets will be provided in Semi/Modular Switches with Cover plates.
  • Adequate Light, Fan and Power points will be provided as per architect’s design.

Water Proofing & Anti-Termite Treatment:

  • Water proofing treatment using brush bond technology for all rest rooms as per architect design.
  • Anti-Termite treatment as per BIS for each building of the project with a guaranteecertification of 10 years.

Water:

  • Adequate Bore wells shall be provided for water supply to elevated overhead tank to meet the dailyrequirements of the community.
  • Underground Common RCC sump of adequate capacity forWater Supplywill be provided.

Sewerage:

  • Sewerage treatment plant will be provided and treated watershall be used as recommended by the architect as per BISstandards.
  • UG drainage line will be provided.
